The location was comfortable to a restaurant within the resort called legends steakhouse and suited our needs. All the employees were extraordinarily friendly.

The hotel's position was good, in the RV area.

I loved this hotel. The breakfast was free with the very same foods, the Lobster, and the atrium bar was a plus. The room I booked was updated and good-sized with a king bed, a Jacuzzi plus a balcony. All in all everything was perfect, though I had not cleaned bathroom.

The room had awful views.

The location is convenient, awesome for a pleasant overnight stay. Entering the room revealed a pair of dirty underwear on the floor, highlighting a lack of proper cleaning. The television barely worked, limiting channels after a lengthy wait for service. While the breakfast buffet was hot and delicious, dinner left something to be desired with very small sliders that wouldn't satisfy a child. The atmosphere is appealing, but the attention to detail needs improvement.

I gotta say the staff there they were just very nice helping me out when I dropped my card near those alligators. Oh and the indoor movie theater? Just what I needed after work.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for in the end.

For a family-friendly getaway, this casino hotel shines! The spacious rooms, like the Interior Double Non-Smoking, were fantastic. The indoor heated pool kept the kids entertained, while the friendly staff enhanced our experience. I was thrilled to discover the unexpected indoor hot tub and movie theater-definitely a major bonus for everyone! It's a place worth visiting.

Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find a full movie theater inside. The dining at Roxy's offered some excellent burgers and shrimp po'boys, which were so satisfying!

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired, with reports of dirty carpets and stained furnishings in various areas. The casino atmosphere was heavily impacted by smoke. Some restaurants either weren't open or had extensive wait times, leading to a frustrating dining experience. The decor in the room felt quite dated, lacking the modern touches expected at a resort. Lastly, service in the dining venues was inconsistent, with long waits and limited staff response that affected our meal times significantly.

The indoor pool was a lifesaver for the kids since it was heated and we couldn't wait to dive in! I loved chilling at the spa lounge and enjoyed some quality family time at the beautiful outdoor pool. The only downside was that we didn't get the room we originally booked, but it didn't ruin our fun! 🌟

The fried fish at the restaurant was absolute fire, and I loved checking out the gators in the pond! Plus, the staff at check-in were super chill and cute. The indoor pool was a nice bonus for the kiddos.

The room was a bit of a letdown. There was dust hiding behind the lamp and some rust in the bathtub. The toilet seat definitely needed some TLC, but the vibe still had its charm.

The RV park was well laid out with easy pull-through spots. Make sure to check the pool hours if you have kids.
